The Twin Falls Lady Saw Her Happily Ever After

Each of her upper teeth was pulled with pliers, slowly getting them out of their sockets and laying them on a tray covered with paper. Not an upper tooth was left in a matter of minutes and the initially empty tray was filled with her estranged teeth. Her fears and dreams happened in the same day in the month of May. This patient's past was somewhat tainted with great difficulty. And the length of its stay was not a short while. But apparently, everything was meant to end beautifully and everything was just worth it.

Immediately a month after, the Twin Falls resident would be sporting a movie star smile, and the genetic periodontal disease that has terribly affected her life would be gone. Now, she need not do be like her mom who absolutely becomes toothless as she sleeps because she has to remove her dentures every night. I remember as a kid I'd look at her and say, I never want to do that, she said the morning of the procedure that removed all her upper teeth. The implants and permanent denture were constructed by a dental company, a locally based firm that has created prosthetics for television makeover shows and has been published in international journals. It uses a computer to assist in the design and fabrication of the screws and artificial teeth that comprise the implant dentures.

A plastic retainer like device with four accurately drilled holes was also made by them. There was a device that the dentist used as guide as he drilled with a graduated bit that allows him to drill holes into the jaw bone without severing the gum tissue. Even though the procedure is absolutely pain free, the gums were still preserved because the postoperative and healing phase were taken into consideration.

The story continues but the desired ending was already met by this lady pertaining to her smile.
